★Drinks mentioned★
Ginger Detox
→½ cup 100 percent pure organic apple juice
→2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
→1 teaspoon ginger juice
→½ teaspoon sea salt
→½ cup warm purified water
Morning Tumeric Detox:
→1 cup warm water
→1/2 lemon
→1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)
→1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (make sure to get the kind with “mother”)
→1/4 teaspoon turmeric
→pinch of cayenne pepper
★Make your own deodorant★:
→½ c Baking soda (feel free to use less if you’ve got sensitive skin)
→½ c Organic arrowroot powder OR cornstarch
→5 tbs unrefined organic coconut oil
→Essential oils: grapefruit, tea tree, spruce and sweet orange are my favs
→20 drops of grapefruit essential oil (or another essential oil with antibacterial properties)
(Homemade deodorant will last 3-6 months in a airtight container.)
Note: This deodorant changes consistency depending on the temperature. In cold climates, it can we pretty hard to get out. If that’s the case for you, I recommend storing it by the shower and allowing the steam to warm it before applying. If you live in a warm climate and the deodorant is too liquidy, you can store it in a cooler place to thicken it up.

TEA TREE OIL! It works so well. I apply it topically or soak in the tub with hot water and drops of tea tree oil. It's kinda cool when the bump pops in the water; I know, I'm gross. But the relief is incomparable.

Thanks so much for this video on HS! I have had this issue since I was Ten years old. I found when I became an adult that keeping my Gluten intake at 0 helped tremendously. I also use boil ease and like you said keeping my body clean and dry as much as I can. Hiblicans ( not the correct spelling) helps with keeping the area clean. The information you have given is so very helpful.

Thank you sweetheart . I had H.S. about 15 years old and I'm 54 . Back then they didn't know what it was. Now that I'm starting menopause I had one pop up and its freaking me out. I can't imagine going through that hell again. It went dormant when I was 23. The scars are light but I know there still there. If I only would of not tried to poke at them with needles and had them lanced I would of not been so scared up. Also Tumeric paste helped me alot . Thank You for letting people know about this horrific skin condition..... Lov

It's crazy how you have helped me more than my dermatologist! All she keeps doing is trying to put me on antibiotics and I don't take them because my lady parts are too sensitive to take them everyday but she doesn't listen! Then she tries to get me to try humara which I'm not ok with, why would I want to inject myself weekly?! So I took it upon myself to change some things up in my life like I try to stay away from soda (not completely but to a minimum) I changed to arm and hammer unscented deodorant,I only wash my clothes with arm and hammer sensitive detergent, I recently bought me a detox/hemp tea and to be honest all these small things my HS has dealt calmed down a bit and I'm so happy because it was getting really bad with no help from my dermatologist! Thank you so much for your help you are truly God sent! 💜

I read somewhere about using diaper rash cream ... and I now swear by this. I bought Boudreaux's Butt Paste and apply that to any boils (which have not opened). It seems to stop them in their tracks; they retreat without growing in size or erupting. Great video!

I like that you talk fast enough that I don’t have to adjust the playback speed like I have to do with most people. I have never tried ACV or honey on this. I’ve got to try this. It’s seems like a great idea. The things that have worked best for me are #1 - taking a supplement called Turmeric Curcumin with BioPerine 1500mg. I take 8 in the morning and 8 in the evening while I’m having flares. The curcumin is the active ingredient in turmeric (for fighting inflammation) and it’s more concentrated in the supplement than in regular turmeric. Bioperine or piperine is the active ingredient in black pepper. Black pepper greatly multiplies the bioavailability of curcumin. It’s a fat soluble supplement so if I’m not taking it with food in my stomach, I take it with fish oil. #2 - treating the boils with triple antibiotic ointment and covering it whenever it’s practical.

Your video is bringing me to tears. 15 years in pain and uncertainty of what is wrong with my body. Doctor after doctor diagnosed me with MRSA. Finically a surgeon agreed with me that I am actually suffering from HS. I had the axillary surgery for both arms and the flare ups have returned. I am scared on most parts of my body and feel helpless. Your video gives me hope. Your skin is beautiful and your suggestions are exactly what I needed to see. There is hope that I can manage this painful and unsightly skin disorder. Thank you so much! I am subscribing and turning on notifications so I never miss a thing you upload. Your my hero.

The only way I got relief of HS was stopped drinking orange juice due to the high acid and sugar content. Started taking Ester C and garlic capsules. Only shower and bathe with white dial antibacterial , use white towels and only wear white panties. Almost never have a flare up. When i do have one I take a sterile gauze cut open vitamin E capsule, sprinkle activated charcoal and a few drops of tea tree oil and apply as a poultice until it either shrinks or comes to a head..

I was just diagnosed with H.S. Literally 2 days ago. My boil was under my left armpit literally so big I couldn’t raise my arm it was so much pain. They cut it open and drained it, well as much as they could. unfortunately I wasn’t properly numbed and could feel everything (she proceeded to try to squeeze it with a tweezer and push it at with her gloved fingers 🙄) fast forward I’m at home now and feeling sicker than I was before I came in due to some meds they prescribed (doxycycline mono & tramadol) and I’m so happy to have found your videos because I feel like I have hope now! And I can’t wait try your home remedies, I just want to thank you! And also ask is there another way I could cover it up? While changing my gauze today I discovered small lesions starting to form where the gauze was and my whole arm is sore anywhere the tape was 😣

I just found out I have a mild form of this condition after years of not knowing why I kept having recurring cysts on the groin. My dermatologist prescribed me a sodium sulfur wash to use, as well as spironolactone to hopefully regulate the hormones causing flare ups. Hopefully, it'll resolve the issue!

I get them on a particular side only of my groin just above the sweat gland on the left hand side. Not sure why but this has been the 'hot spot ' for a few years now. It always comes up in that same spot over and over igs literally the same one just in different forms lol anyway I have found that really getting in there with a mesh body washer and going at it (not so hard it hurts or causes bleeding as that would obviously make it a hundred times worse especially being so delicate anyway) but like just really scrubbing it, well it really has been helping to keep it under control and it seems to respond really well to me giving it a damn good clean. It's sits at the scar stage for a very very long time. Also I dry myself down there with a hand held fan everytime I shower until it is totally dry. Sounds odd but I'm not putting any potentially dirty germs from towels on the area and the air allows it to be properly dried which has helped immensely in keeping it under control. It's obvious that this condition feeds off moisture and a damp skin environment I worked that one out ages ago. I still have flares but I know it's generally due to a mix of stress or inflammation from something. Hope this helps.
