That's because Italy is full African immigrants now.... Rome is a mess... Naples is full of Indian immigrants and Africans.... Italy is no longer a beautiful country to live anymore.... all the wealthy Italians are leaving Italy

I wonder if Andrew from Nomad Capitalist received exceptional citizenship. I think most of his employees are Serbian.

The lawer didt tell about those fact that foreign investors can't buy a land in Serbia (it is prohibbited by the law). From this point of view it doesnt make sense to invest big money to setup any business here

Could you do an update on the Serbian passport.

Let me summarize it.. To Obtain Residency in Serbia you have to: 1. Create Research Development center, or Private University or Big Factory (very big).... 2. Negotiate with the state, ..... easy! you see? 😌

Residency is easy. Citizenship by exception though requires a lot of navigating the local system.

Would one buy property on their personal name or Company name? You can buy an apartment with 50,000 but you won’t get permanent residency, you will get a 1 year residency permit.

15% worldwide income tax? That's not good! Anyway around this? What about corporations? Or say you have a tax residency in Paraguay that doesn't tax worldwide income... if you then also got serbian residency would that 0% tax residency in Parguay then be obsolete?
