Lets take a look at ArchVizPRO Interior Vol.8 which is an architectural visualization project made for HDRP and URP. It is a fully navigable modern apartment that includes a living room with an open kitchen, relax zone, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

I am SUPER impressed by URP. I downloaded both the HDRP and the URP version of this scene and the HDRP runs at 10-20FPS on my Macbook M1 in Full HD but the URP version runs in like 60-80 FPS on Full HD and about 30 FPS in 4k UHD which just blew my mind!

Pardon my ignorance, but with these ArchViz packages, can you add your own textured 3D models into these scenes and render single frame images? Or will it only work with the supplied 3D models? If it will work, which program would you recommend for texturing? Or can this also be done in Unity with no issues (assuming UV maps and everthing are correct)? THANKS!

Of course, you can add whatever you want into their project but they do have pretty high quality PBR related models. So if I were you I'd texture in Substance painter, so you can match the same quality but honestly, I imagine a lot of assets will look fine. It's really about testing and see what works for you! :)
I trie dpushing it to VR Quest 2 standaloe Build. The grpahics quality is bit blurred. I tried most of the settings but havent worked. I tried hteir demo apk version in vr it is looking good. If I tried pushing to the VR from unity it didnt Can you specify which will be a imoirtant setting?

I'm not really sure about that one as I don't have any experience with VR development but I'd be sure to message the developer as they usually have good thoughts! :)
is there a version of this scene / assets that can be used for standalone Quest or manual optimization is needed to run this in a standalone Vr headset?

You'd have to check on their store page but I think most of their demos and assets do work in VR.

If you have the perseverance, yes. You need high quality models, a knowledge of lighting techniques and patience when it comes to baking, then rebaking, fixing issues and so on. :)

@@SpeedTutor any tutorial out there the can explain lighting and baking of lighting in a good manner forr beginners. Myself I'm trying to understand lighting as I have recreated my own apartment in Blender and put it in Bonelabs SDK. Just wanna bake the lighting so it looks realistic but I feel like I don't understand how intesity, indirect multiplier and range works, as well as when to use the different types of light. Whereever I go, there doesn't seem to be too much information on this
