tip for anyone struggling or if you havent tried yet, this boss always spams the weapon art like 2-3 times so if you dodge it the first time just keep your distance or keep dodging, dont dodge it and try to trade.

@@yass8483 just use a heavy weapon and staggerlock him once you get an opening, thats how i did it (i used a different great katana)

@lcb6130 that's exactly what I did but using giantsflame take thee, works quite well too. But nonetheless, fair strategies did not seem to work against him 😄

To anyone struggling, just use an ash of war that staggers npcs. Giants hunt for example. Fight spammy bs with spammy bs.

The weapon to surpass Metal Gear…

I would suggest to ignore this weapon as its actually fucking terrible, easily the worst bleed based weapon in all of Elden ring not even an exaggeration. 55 bleed with no arcane scaling, D strength and B in dexterity puts this weapons base AR a paltry 803 with a max build. The weed cutter L2 has a lot of issues, you have to keep pressing L2 for it to chain and its pretty slow at swinging, also there is little if any hyper armor while using weed cutter. Considering how far into the DLC you find this its objectively bad at everything. Take the great katana and add blood wild strikes to it. At +25 that weapon you find at the start of the DLC does 143 bleed, AR of 1097, and wild strikes ash of war is what weed cutter should of been. Swings twice as fast, hold L2 to swing forever until you run out of FP or stamina ( whichever comes first ) and you have near infinite hyper armor while swinging, ( have yet to find any boss or enemy interrupt my attack while swinging ).

Has anyone else had the problem, that the loot just bugged away after killing her? 😢 Because i got the message but the weapon and armor dont show up in my inventory.

You have to kill the one with the two swords that’s aggressive, than a hippo/porcupine to get into the castle you need to go through to get to the weapon

No... You can literally read what it scales off of in the video. Bleed doesnt scale with arcane unless the weapon scales with it

No, pretty sure it’s a pure dex, like other katanas. It just looks like the Rivers of Blood, but doesn’t focus on bleed

Wouldn’t be so bad if these annoying humanoid bosses didn’t lunge 55 meters into you cause that’s the only thing helping them close distance. Either try parrying or use a heavy weapon with giant hunt which is a new ash of war.

@@SlimImpossible yeah u right lmao I’ve never used it before until this boss, didn’t recognise the name so assumed it was new. It did work quite nicely though. Alternatively there is always Blasphemous sword with fire enhancing abilities, the easy way out.
