I swear i like Shimei-engetsu so much. The sword's speed is fast, high damage, critical move and long combo. It is underrated side stance sword because it doesn't have significant move like Kanesada or Chief sword. My top 3 side stance sword 3. shimei 2. Excalibur 1. Kanesada

Excalibur could easily on the top list of side stance sword, because of its default trait : it cuts heat obtained in battle by half

Wow, you're absolutely right! I gave 'Shimei-engetsu' a try, and it's got some seriously cool combos.

Way of the samurai 1 or 2, I remember getting a sword that released a crow with a certain type or amount of combos..pretty dope.

The sword you're looking for is in Way of the Samurai 1. I believe it's either Tenshin Kurou's sword or it's the Toho Fuhai.

My favorite wots, my second favorite is 4, my first ending was getting boiled. I was really piss off because i did really well in the tournament.

I got that ending too in my first playthrough. I didn't pay much attention to the story guide at first.

Nice. Basically, Hard mode is the key to all the best swords.

Exactly, in hard mode, you can also find Zato with an attack above 30

Hello. Do you know if the NPCs with the special swords are intentional or just a bug? I only find them in extremely rare situations, is there any way to make this happen more often? Ages ago I was playing the game on PS2 and I found a monk that had a very strange sword, I couldn't get it because he killed me. I have been playing this game in the PCSX2 emulator and I got all the swords from the Gamefaqs guides so far, even the Zangetsu, I also used Cheat Engine to play around chaging the ID of the swords, but I couldn't get "that one sword" no wonder how much I try.

For once, I also thought that this was a bug. I replayed the gameplay so many times in order to get the certain sword to show up just for making this video.

To reach the 27th day, you should follow a specific route from one faction in this game.

So, this special swords being carried by npc thing, can it happen aside in hard mode?

For the special sword, I think you can only find it in hard mode. I have never seen regular characters using the main character's weapon on a difficulty lower than hard mode.

Let me ask you somethin' My english is not very good...coz this is not my daily language... I played this game often...when i was 19 years old...and that meant 20 years ago...and i quit long long times ago coz i never get really good sword to fight in finishing blow level... So when your chanel appear in my youtube while i searchin about WOTS 5...i think you can help me... I need your help... ...how to increasing sword to 300 attack power...i never reach that points...i play hard mode and i get every great swords...such biteikotsu...Hairando...ikugamo no kodachi...etc...i upgrade all of it...and i guess it's depend on ratio number between attack and deffense points...coz sometime when your attack increasing but your deffense will decrease at the same time...or while your deffense increase but you lose your attack power My best sword attack point...only reach 281 point...i forgot the real number...that the highes attack point for my Ukigamo no kodachi ...and my defense is 150...or 204... When i reach 1000 kills...i talk to Dojima the blacksmith and ask the suitable tiitle...and the extreme tittle is DEMON...increasing sword attack 150 points but my defense will greatly decreasing 50 points...so i never get 300 attack power points and 200 defense points... So will you tell me...i would be grateful if you show me how... Thanks before...

Bang saya udah coba tutorialnya tapi ko point saya engga ke kumpul sampe 1000 an yaa tiap saya ulang ulangin balik lagi cuma dapet 150 ga ke itung skor sebelumnya😮‍💨

i played this games ages ago..i collected all but one sword.. that reikon-kudaki is missing.. i tried getting it at the dojo but i always fail..i did not know it can be obtain outside the dojo😅

Ada beberapa pedang yg seingat saya punya technic gerakan yg keren...selain ukigamo no kodachi... Contohnya : Kamikaze...Kunishige...Binetsu...jenis pedang ini punya karakter technic menyerang...karna dikombinasikan dengan tendangan...sword technic Kamikaze mirip dengan gerakan Biteikotsu... Kunishige dengan powerful strike yg bisa dengan cepat hancurin durabilty pedang... lawan... Binetsu dengan gerakan memutar dan menendangnya...pedang tipis seperti Excalibur tapi technic combo gerakannya keren... Pedang dengan counter attack yg bagus menurut saya...double handed swords...contoh : Kubirabasara...biasanya saya pake ini untuk strike back setelah menangkis dan langsung menusuk dan mengangkat tubuh lawan dan melemparkan...walaupun effectnya tidak seberapa menurut saya... Kujaku - nitoryu...saingan berat Kubirabasara menurut saya...gerakan combonya simple mudah dilakukan dan damagenya lumayan...walau kalo dipake di hard mode kurang cocok untuk melawan fencing style sword... Kalo untuk Jenis pedang yg bisa bikin keliatan keren saat menyerang dengan combo...menurut saya...MOMOGE...lupa saya namanya...entah ini benar penulisannya...cuman buat saya...pedang ini bikin one blow technic keliatan keren...karna saat musuh berhasil diserang...pedang disarungkan bersamaan dengan jatuhnya musuh...keren aja sih menurut saya.

Momoge bisa dibilang pedang yang paling kuat diantara pedang yang lain, tapi movesetnya agak sulit buat dipakai. Ayo main gamenya lagi bro, sambil nostalgia😁

@@SutamaAra mau tanyak nih...soalnya aku ga pernah dpt attack power sampek 300 gitu...mentok 280 an... Gimana caranya bisa sampek segitu...soalnya dulu aku berpikir mgkn harus sesuaikan ratio... perbandingan attack dan defend Tp tetep aja..udah tak coba...sama sekali gak pernah bisa dpt 300 point...

What the hell, I played this game for many many years and finished it a 100 times, but I never seen a regular NPC carrying Oborozukiyo or Dai-Kuronama, lol Is this modded or something? It should be impossible to get this swords from regular magistrates, Hard mode or not

Never saw any of the npcs walking around while carrying Murasame either. Oni Suzume is my sword of choice. Also, the creator of this video didn't go over how to get Excalibur.

Excalibur sucks in this game. It's not the best sword like in the first game.
