How did you upload its showing on my laptop but not anywhere else (using mobiles) xx

To help out everyone that is asking how to get the overlay to display on your stream after you create it, I have the answer right here... After you create and save the overlay and get it to overlay expert, you go to the creator dashboard on your twitch account, and click on extensions again, then click on "my extensions" and click "activate" on the overlay expert extension and click "set as overlay 1." This will cause it to actively display on your stream for pc viewers. It does not display for mobile viewers unfortunately.
