Honestly if you want to know your type, find an ESTP and they'll call you out for all of your quirks and you'll discover pretty quickly what your type is!

ESTPs and criticizing others with every opportunity they have. Gotta love Ti parent. My friendship with an ESTP as an INFJ is the most hilarious thing ever. He always calls others out in my friend group, while he never tells me anything. He is always trying to get some attention and thoughts out of my Si demon, but he never manages to completely understand me. Camaraderie is so cool, but it feels tiring because it always leads to one having to compromise their own being just to listen to the other. I literally have to go full Te trickster and Si demon with him, because i either listen to him or he ends getting bored by my thoughts and ideas

To be 65k subs in a specific niche like MBTi+ focusing more on value and info rather than hooky animations and texts is impressive in itself chase ! Give your self some grace ❤ And I'm confident you'll pick up on KZread again and achieve that 100k and possibly beyond eventually !

I got one of those when you told me I was an INFP (before getting verified). It was indeed quite painful. The life decision I made based on that identity was starting to read a lot. I thought if I am an INFP I might as well make the best of it. I am very happy with that result actually because I kept that going.

ENTP here, I also tested as an INFJ when I first got into typology and then thought I was an INTJ for a couple of years…the pedagogue theory is fascinating

So i usually get intp on personality tests, is that pedagogue type to enfj? I personaly think im either an entp or an isfj, but i find ut pretty hard to tell which is my ego. I was always late as a kid amd a bit messy, so i think nore likely entp but with a strong subconscious development

I’m actually that introvert that though she was an extrovert, until one of my relatives that keep me really well, “No you are definitely not an extrovert, but in fact quite the opposite, a deep introvert. I incipiently thought that introverts don’t like people, and don’t hardly talk at all, until he pointed out that he almost never saw me socializing until a formal, or a family function was organized, and that introversion had nothing to do with not like people, and that introverts do actually talk, but just rarely initiate conversations, or friendships. I also initially thought I was either an ENFJ, or ENTJ, but no, I turned out to be an INTP.

Had an identity crisis when I was 18 ish that lasted about 7 months. Being se inferior, the thing that solved it was telling myself to perform to the best of my ability despite how I felt, this was before I knew about mbti

I’m ISTJ. I wish I was an extrovert type. They look like they handle socializing much easier than me. I wish I was better at it. Background types seem to be generally better than finisher types at socializing to me. I think the informativeness of them makes them come off more expressive. All finisher types seem to struggle a lot when it comes to socializing. Maybe ISTP has it the easiest of us. Their Se parent helps them be more in the moment and charismatic to make people loyal to them. After that the INFJ, their Fe parent helps them a lot. I wish I had higher Se and higher Ne, but especially higher Se. Se is a good practical function. It’s basically the answer to any physical situation.

I am thinking that being mistyped as pedagogue has to do with development like shadow development often see themselves that way, I don't know but it's something I have seen I can be wrong but I am trying to think why I don't fit into being mistyped as my pedagogue lol

I just wanna tell you that i relate a lot with what you said since i'd been studying mbti type and ended up believing i was intp for 5 years because of the perspective of others or what they projected on me. If i had not discovered your channel i wouldnt know or realize that i am actually an intj and it's such a shame that all of those 5 years i really decided things based on my belief that i was an intp and it screwed me up completely acting like one. However, i cant recall which type i got when i did the test for the first time but pedagogue theory is interesting as it sounds so i might as well do the test again to see if it's real or not

Im so dumb I have been typing myself enneagram type 6 for 5 years now, maybe i was actually type 5, type 6, type 7 and type 8 no one really wants to be those types, also i couldnt get my head around cognitive axes for years which severely impacted my cognitive integration

Schedule a coaching session with Chase. Well worth the investment. I had typed myself of all 4 of those that you mentioned there, but within 15 minutes of meeting him, verified INTP. It put that constant worry to rest. Additionally he told me I have a big problem with being too controlling (outcome) and needing validation (Fe inferior). If I had to take a stab at it based on your post, I can pick up that you are outcome focused and need validation. Those are INTP traits. Get verified and you can put that anxiety behind you.

I agree with Lucas. Stop worrying and feeling confused. Get typed by Chase and you will never have to wonder which type you are. And then - and only then - can you really dig in to the specific content that work help you improve your life, rather than flipping back and forth constantly between FOUR types. What a mess that is! I'm definitely an INFP. A few days ago I had a moment where I considered that I might be an ISFP, but I realize there is almost no chance of that being the case. I do plan to join the entry level Precision level on UDJA, but only after I've thoroughly gone through season ...2, I think it is. I'm very comfortable with the whole Fi/Te dynamic, but need a little brushing up on the Ne/Si aspects. But yeah. Get typed, man!

You definitely have extraverted intuition as your dominant function because you are all over the place with what you talk about. You talk about being mistyped to talking about making shotguns. If you stayed on topic, people would believe you're an ESTP or ESFJ but then again ESFJs also have extraverted intuition child so they might be like a child talking about everyone without anything they say being tied together about these people they gossip about but still talking a mile a minute. You're definitely an extravert, definitely movement oriented with how fast you talk and you think for yourself and don't know how you feel so you're definitely not an ESFP or an ENFP. If you don't like my comment, I don't care anymore because I'm starting to connect to my ENTP superego which doesn't care what other people think about me or what I say.

​​@@honor9lite1337 He does come across very bossy which is not an ENTP trai and he remembers a lot which seems like he has introverted sensing parent instead of introverted inferior but then again he could be bossy because he's INTJ focused sometimes and remembers a lot because he does tap into his ISFJ subconscious.

I personally went through so many identity crisis that at one point I was just giving up trying to find my own type, until one day it all clicked and I realized I’m actually an unmistakable intj

I took the test the first time in 2018 and the result was ISTJ. Then took the second time in 2022 and the result was INTJ. If the pedagogue theory is correct, does it mean I'm actually ESFP? So does it mean I should have gotten the test result as ISFJ the second time? I'm confused.

I love extraverts, they do all the talking and I just listen. It makes it easier on us introverts. I appreciate all the things I've been taught by you Chase, you are one of the best mentors I've ever had! Also I don't know whether I should really learn everything for typology and language. It's a itch you want to learn but you don't think you will be good at it. ( Especially because of your type "my type" I don't feel like I'm good at anything. Just being a pain to be around.)
