@@Jessie-wd9uq I don't think so, it looks like Cesare is only reflecting the abuse of his father towards him to someone weaker, in this case, his little sister. I imagine that what he likes is to have someone below him. Besides, I think that what he feels about Ruby it isn't exactly lust, but he probably feels threatened by Iske because he can take Ruby from him and then he will lose all his disgusting power.
