Sure, a short toe, quick break over point, and semi square toe shaped shoe usually works well in most cases. This will reduce the leverage point at the knee which may help?

Just for trimming it’s similar. Basically a 4 point trim with a fairly aggressive rolled toe and semi square toe shape. Hope this helps
