nvm for anyone wondering around that general area is a zombie called streaker kyle idk what quests u gotta complete beforehand to get him to spawn but maybe unlock the clotter zombie just in case

@fuq0ff I actually beat the dlc and then did some free roaming/side quests and found it in that exact location after; I'm not exactly sure when you get it but the dlc is short so you'll most likely get it in no time!
