I know it may sound foolish but at 5:45 you mention that "150 will respond to you but won't sponsor H1B visa." What if I don't want them to sponsor my H1B visa, but only work till my CPT+OPT ? Does it work this way ?

Prasad Patil good question! Yeah it could work. :) They will get you interview because you said that you don’t need visa. They will ask you during interview if you will need visa at all, if you say they might not offer you job, and if you say no then they might offer you. Regardless sayin that you don’t need sponsorship will get you interview at the very minimum
