Can high school graduate apply for medicine school in UK directly or do they have to have a bachelor's degree to be qualified to apply for it like in US and CA?

It's hard to say which university is the best, it is just which structure/environment/ clinical structure you would benefit from most! For scholarships, it depends if you are a home or an international student. For international students there should be a list of scholarships found on each university website on how to apply. Sorry if that doesn't really answer your question but if you look at each university website, it should have a dedicated website for funding.

Just got an offer from Manchester Uni, but I really don't want to do that course. Can I swap to the medical school before the first year started?

You can try emailing the Head of Undergraduate Admissions with an email of reconsideration but you should show that you got a better A- level/ IB grade preferably or explain why you just missed it by a mark. If it does not work, it is best to start the year and familiar yourself with the first year medical team and apply again. Hope it works out!

1. Yes, for the UK 2. What specifically? It has been a while but happy to give you my personal experience of what I remember of it since all the generic info can be found online and that might be more up to date.

4 med schools and usually people do biomed for the last choice.

Yes all applications go through UCAS. I used like kaplan book for UCAT but frankly didn't get to study much for BMAT because all my other exams at the time😂
