How to get hidden features in Siril (developer version)
For all of you who work with #Siril. It might be worth it to download the unreleased developer version of Siril, this will give you access to some new and improved features.

Thank you very much! I wasn't aware that the nightly build was available. Have you gotten around to testing deconvolution? I was testing different setting with poor results, and It takes very long on my machine. So I was wondering If could share your findings. Btw I really like the implementation of custom and manual psf.

Yeah I have been messing around with it for a bit. For me even the default settings are a lot better than what it used to be! I will definitely make a video about it soon!

Hello! Appreciate your work. I tried getting the dev version too using the link in your description, but it seems at least win-64/nightly is gone. Do you know of any other way to get it?

i cannot figure out how to get the star recomposition to even show up so could you help me with that :)

i figured it out :) now the only problem is that it exports the images in fits so i cant open it in photoshop

Glad you figured it out. If you want to export the image to use in Photoshop you need to export to .tiff. So go to save as, type a name, change .fits to tiff, enter, select 16 bit from the 3 options. Hope this helps. - Stefan

@@stefan_astroi mean like when starnet automatically gives the starmask its in fits and i cant figure out how to make it automatically change it to tiff

I don't know about doing it automatically. I always just make it a tiff manually by opening the starmask and using the method I mentioned earlier.
