First of all, thank you for the amount of information you shared in this video, but I have a question. I would be really grateful if you could answer it. I have signed a contract with a German company, and when applying for Vorabzustimmung , the Ausländerbehörde has informed me that the Anabin expert is requesting proof of the duration of my studies, an overview of the subjects I studied, and my grades. This is despite sending them proof that my diploma is rated as H+ (which typically indicates a high level of recognition). Now, I'm concerned because I had bad grades and didn't earn full credits over the years, but I still managed to obtain the diploma. My question is, could having terrible grades risk the recognition of my diploma and potentially lead to a rejection of my Vorabzustimmung application?

I have 2 questions: 1. Dont you have to submit the "Statement of Comparability issued by the Central Office for Foreign Education (Zentralstelle für ausländisches Bildungswesen - ZAB)" during the visa interview? If so doesnt it take for it to arrive? 2. What does the document "“Erklärung zum Beschäftigungsverhältnis” filled in and signed by your employer" mean? is this the job contract letter?

I got a job in German and I was ask to fill a background check form then then the company told me to submit references like company phone number, offer letters and payslips from my previous employer, I told them there’s no way I can get it, since I only do part time jobs here in dubai. Then they ask me if there’s no any authorized place that can provide it for me ? Upon hearing that, I quickly went for editing payslips and offer letters. I was asked to send my original police criminal clearance certificate by post, i send it to them through dhl. Then they told me to wait for the next 10 weeks for the authorities to decide. And they didn’t ask me to pay any money My question is: 1) is that a legit way of processing employment visa? 2) is it possible to start a process for someone without video or call interview? 3) We didn’t even have an agreement signed offer letter Can anyone pls put me through?

sorry for the late reply, through the fast track process it would take around 20 days, with normal process min 2 months, as per my knowledge. You just the emp visa (usually for an year) and then after coming to Germany you have to apply for Blue Card. Which would take another 2-3 months max. depending on the city you are living in.

Sorry for the late reply. You can do it either way, as you have to update your employment status once you start your job, it will be taken care of. If you have the offer letter already, then you can get it updated at the place where you are staying.

@@amirmossad367 hi Amid, my Bachellors Degree was full liste with H+, my Post Degree was listed with H+ for the University, but not for the Career(Studiengang), I applied from Ireland but my Qualifikations are from Bolivia and Spain. Hope it helps

Hi, If you have booked an appointment and its waitlisted, you can send this document to the vfs and ask them to give you an appointment at the earliest, which will be within a week or two. The other way which I would recommend and this is what I personally did is that you can directly mail to the consulate this document and they will be able to give you an appointment at the earliest possible.

thanks for the info, i have also booked an appointment from vfs for mumbai location, not sure how much time it will take to get an appointment. But i would need your help with application form , do i need to mention details related to travel insurance/heath insurance, also do i have to mention details related to my accommodation? please help me with the same. yes you can ask the employer to initiate the fast track process. Even in my case as in mentioned in the video, was same. Travel insurance will be needed when you will be travelling, not needed for the visa application.

Appointment booking is compulsory, he said you need to submit passport& you will receive stamping on passport in 3 to 4 day’s since you are future process is done by your company. Other, it will take 2 to 3 weeks to complete. Also you need to email to embassy if you don’t have appointment.

Yes, initially one month’s travel insurance would be more than enough, as you can register for Insurance once you are in Germany

Usually it takes less than a month for the entire process. It might take a little longer depending on a lot of other factors such as the visa office in Germany and your country of residence, but it shouldn’t take 3-4 months. Maybe you can clarify with them, i think there is some misunderstanding, you can send them a link of the fast track visa process. Cause 3-4 months is for normal application.

Heyy i keep on seeing people say they don't appointment but in VFS Bangalore location they multiple slots opened. Am I looking something wrong????

Those might be the slots for different types of visa. I am not sure what's the situation now. But hopefully now the wait time for the normal process must be lesser. Also you can always contact vfs over their helpline number to clarify more on this.

Hey Bro, I already have a job offer as software engineer in Germany and I want to get an appointment booking on vfs for employment visa in delhi german ambassy but when I book the appointment they ask for sub category but I get only these four options - freelance, healthcare professionels, self-employment, speciality cook. I am really confused which one should I choose. I have contacted vfs and german embassy. But they both told me to check german embassy site and I checked it but I wasn't able to find anything. Can you please help me on this?

I have same query. I have contract in hand. Do I need to book appointment at Embassy-New Delhi or VFS application centre New Delhi? Because in Embassy-New Delhi, all the categories are not applicable to me. So can I visit directly to VFS application centre New Delhi to apply for D-Visa in this case?

what is this process also connected to blue card? usually the recognition of diplomas take up to two to three months

Hi, yes this is applicable for Blue Card as well. The recognition of diplomas wont take long if you college and degree is in the Anabin database.

@@AutonomyAvenue hi if the degree and the university is already present in the Anabin website, we just need to take a print of that webpage mentioning the same and we can present at the time of appointment at VFS, is that correct or am I missing something here.

And what is the recognition that you are referring to, could you please share?

Is it 15 to 20 working days? My employer has applied for Fast Track Procedure for me in Baden-Wurttemberg State since early November. I am yet to hear from Foreigners Registration Office.

Get in touch with your employer to process the fast track visa process. If you want to go through normal visa process just contact German Consulate in your area. For more details, you can go through both the parts of the video.

ah! most of the comapnies dont have much idea about it cause for German visa it never used to take this much time. You can simply ask them to contact the consulate or send them a link of the fast track visa process and ask them to process it for you. Sorry for the delayed response
