I think if you dont allready have one you can just right click in the folder and create a new colder called roms

If you still haven't found it, I found my roms folder by searching roms in my sd card search bar. What showed up for me was a bunch of files inside the roms folder, just right-click on any of them and click open file location near the bottom. There's usually a navigation bar at the top that tells you where you are, there should be a roms section there. If you click on it, it should take you there.
