The martial arts area has the mantras and the litany you can use to get extra light. You add that buff, then you can add anything you want in your auto use spot. Extra food, extra buffs, or the new runes.

for some reason the repel rune also gives you the jump buffs when doing the dragon coin collection chal. idk if this is intended or not but its very useful

I would recommend you to use the 300L food (freerange electrolyte) especially if your character is maxed out. I'm using 300L food and I'm able to go to Challenge Depth 182 - 192 (depends week). While waiting for the C5 and Mystic update I feel like the 400L food (from fishing) is just a waste of resources.

Bow is excellent if you have Blast Bow ring effect for the AoE explosions
