if i take a 10days promise crontact should i pay the tax for 10days. if i don't pay the tax or if i make sef entry (file lock) with 10days of promise crontact. in future i will face any kind of problem in my fingerprints day. please 🙏 help me to know the truth about promise crontact.

You can simply take schengen visa, come to Portugal and do your TRC process further.
