Tretinonin (retinoid) is the best decision I've ever made for my skin. Two weeks in now, already receiving major compliments. Just one tip: there is a "purge" phase, the retinization spoken about in the video. This phase can take from 1-4 weeks to end. You will get red, flaky and sensitive skin. It's VITAL to moisturize. I use a cerave light moisturizer and rosehip oil (another banger bth). Note that the combination of tretionin, minoxidil and rosehip oil is very very effective and powerful in growin hair, so it's great for those looking for better beards, eyebrows and hairline.

Had a question about that as I just started using minoxidil and tretinoin for beard growth. I know that you DEFINTIELY need to moisturise after using tretinoin... but if you apply tretinoin before applying topical minoxidil to the beard area, is it still cool to then apply moisturiser? I know you're not supposed to wash your hair for several hours after applying minoxidil to the scalp, so I assumed using moisturiser right after tretinoin/minoxidil might mess with the results on the beard area too. (basically, is it cool to mix minoxidil with moisturiser?) thanks for the rosehip oil tip btw, definitely gonna try that!

  • @solaris4015

@@onetwo8847 So, what I do is, I apply tretinoin, moisturizer and rosehip oil ALL at the same time. I mix them in the palm of my hand, then apply to my whole face. Right after that I apply the minoxidil to the beard and eyebrows areas. The reason I do it that way is because the only way that I stick to a skincare routine is if it is a simple one that take me only a couple of minutes. Might not be optimal for hair gains, but results are actually showing faster then expected.

Dark circles are genetic and to do with your bone structure. If you’re getting enough sleep and not too much sodium there’s a few things you can do. Small things are sleeping elevated on your back, applying a cold compress, and caffeine to the under eye area. These are temporary but better than nothing, to actually resolve the issue the only options on the table are to wear a concealer, lower blephoraplasty or fillers which many dermatologists refuse to do now

Most hair treatment is minoxidil with finasteride plus microneedling and kitozonosel shampoo.. but the side effects of finasteride can really destroy your balls, hormones, brain and cause severe depression.. if you get it.. also it's irreversible as off now.. so that is why a lot of men prefer to go bald rather than gamble with finasteride... It's funny that we are supposed to be so advanced yet we have not found the cure to man balding which affects at least half off all men..
