@@korythecarguy9941 I would cleanse, tone, and moisturize your face twice a day once in the morning and once before you go to bed. But you could do either in the morning or at night either one would be fine but I recommend that you do it twice a day. The exfoliating part and the mask is more of something you do about once or twice a week depending on the severity of your acne. Hope this helps

I’ve been doing this for about 2 weeks and i’ve had bad acne. My face is pretty much clear now, no new acne and the older ones are going away. I believe my face will be glowing in a couple more weeks. Thanks so much man!

_Shots _Gaming_ I’ve tried this routine for 2 weeks now and my acnes are less visible now it works 100% but one trick you can add on your routine is, don’t use night time moisturizer, but I use vaseline every night after washing my face that really helped me... and it gives u shine... that’s just what worked for me 😊😊

@@Hotttc well.. if you don’t have oily skin! Some ppl have dry skin / Normal skin and that’s why it works better for them! check every morning ( 0 products on ) if your skin is kinda Dryish or basically oily. Also use a cleanser! It literally washes off ded cells. Goodluck!!

Exactly what you doing in the thumbnail is my routine.. Charcoal peel off mask(after shaving weekly), clay mask( 2x a week), drinking water, and using coconut oil or some moisturizer my girl owns. Good shit bro

So after about 2 months of doing this routine I came back to write this review. My skin cleared up immensely and I am so happy about that! I would also change my pillow cases every other night, drink at least 60 ounces of water per day, and I cut back on the salty snacks. Hardest part for me was being consistent but it paid off in the end. Thank you so much again for the skincare routine!

I use both in it and haven't had any issues but I just use a dollop of acv

Your diet is also important to getting rid of acne. What I mean by diet is reading the ingredients of the food you buy, like staying away from the bad oils, anything labeled with using Natural Flavoring, etc. I looked into Keto and just adapting some of the principals regarding type of foods to eat, helped me to reduced acne tremendously.

ps comment surfers. - water consumption doesn’t clear skin. - physical exfoliates tend to be too harsh on the skin(scrubs and scrub brush) - warm/cold water cannot open/close pores - hot water causes irritation and can lead to breakouts and make you more prone to eczema - WEAR SUNSCREEN
