this is like those "films made by Iphone ". True, it is indeed shot by Iphone, but not mentioning millions of peripheral gears and 100 professional staff as support.
Lol I thought you meant only one light ….. then I saw all the stands for bounce boards and scrim and blacks … 😂
Please do more cinematic lighting. Really enjoyed this.
Yes please to more lighting videos! Insanely helpful.
Thanks man, more lighting tutorials please !
Thanks Armando, really helpful. Gorgeous shots! 👊
This was great! More videos, please. Love it.
Very entertaining and useful video, please never stop making these content, congrats!
Meet the Gaffer is a great channel!
Keep these coming.
wonderful video m8, very informative... Thank you.
You love to see some more lighting videos. I'd like a recommendation on a pop up sheet that I could shoot through.
Wow so many effects created by single light source Armando 👍🏼
Beautiful!
Well done guys!
Great job! Simple to the point! Perhaps you could do a video using ambience light only. Thank you!😊
nice!
thanks bro 👍
Brother your lights are sick af, but most unaffordable, we are looking for affordable options mostly so that we can grow and buy those ones. Please make videos about affordable gears and setups

The brand of the light shouldn’t matter, you need to take the principles he is teaching and apply it to whatever lights you can obtain.

You know, to slightly counter your comment (respectfully), look at the sum of all the elements he pulls into this shoot. Great crew, amazing set, camera, light gear, etc. The most important thing in this whole equation is still a great story (if you’re wanting to be a filmmaker). It’s not the gear..!

Just choose similar lights in your budget, it's not hard. You don't need your hand held with exact models
I think it is an 8x8 instead of 12x12

Nagging at a high level, but yes, I was looking for your comment 🤟😂
great to see these techniques and adds to my thoughts and consideration in lighting my scenes - the downside is the very high ISO needed is beyond my budget cameras range of usability with massive noise and too soft with no sharpness above 1600 ISO so I would skip the diffusion and bounce off board or wall only
@creativegreats

Why would you skip diffusion with these Litepanels hards?
@johnleighdesigns

@@creativegreats ah yes they are beyond my budgeet and the 60W led cob lights and panels are reduced further going thru diffusion and bounce works better for me and helps me to stay below 1600 ISO to keep noise under control in my budget canon 700d
@creativegreats

@@johnleighdesigns so you rather bounce your 60w cob ?

@@creativegreats its been working for me yes - the lights are weak and diffusion loses more light but bouncing works
quick Q Armando ! can this book lighting be replicated with a circle light diffusion and a circle white reflector?
nice! what do you recommend for the haze effect?

For a second, i thought the guy working on the rifle was Pro from IE Photo Rentals lol
I love pacman behind How to get them?
Hi! Tell me this. How come that 2 different cameras gives 2 different exposure with exact the same settings??, my face was 2-3 stop overexposed by the Canon G16 powershot and the Nikon d800 full frame it was perfect exposed. Does sensor size matter when you measure light? I used only 1 softbox, it had a bulb inside and this was my only light in the room my keylight and both cameras was set on Manual mode.
One light + a whole bunch of other stuff that a lot of us don't have lying around. Jk jk. Great video to show versatility of using lights etc.
overkill
Using only one light... *but with the help of a ton of bounces, diffusions and flags and the assistance of grip and crew*
is that mist can from a specific brand? or how do I buy one

There's several brands out there, I personally use this one: geni.us/hazeatm
Daring today aren't we
First light set up is called: book light.

Yup that’s what I said
2500 for a 200watts light… no thank you
I can no longer watch videos that use the term "cinematic"

I'll make sure to title my next video Super Cinematic haha!
80% of that? Totally unnecessary.
