@@ThePhotographyRebuttal no sir, thank you. What you provide is master class level information. First channel like this I’ve seen and it’s been both a pleasure and eye opening to watch.
15:25 PLEASE make a whole video about this! This is a big struggle of mine and I have a hunch I've missed out on some opportunities in the past because of how I've ordered the photos in my portfolio.
Great work dude! Very informative and easy to see that you put lots of effort into making each video and you're not just throwing a video up for views or content etc!

Hi, this was a great and very insightful video - you spoke my exact thoughts right at the beginning. There is no content like this on KZread or on blogs, that I can find. Lead generation in the market is my number one point of interest currently, and you are the only one so far to provide knowledge and experience with it, across multiple automotive photography markets. Thank you for that! I’m excited to see what else I can learn from your channel, and will look into these directories and awards soon so I can continue to step up my network and skill.
Very Insightful and informative! Thank you for breaking everything down with such detail. This is exactly the information that I have been eager to learn! Your work is incredible as well. Very Inspiring! Look forward to future videos.Keep up the amazing work!

Great great informative video thank you so much for your wisdom & advice, Never thought about a book but now Im most definitely going to start my jounry on creating a beautiful Portfolio within a book.
I have watched a lot of KZread photographers' videos on how to get clients, (including the video you showed a clip of) a lot of the same ideas are being thrown around. You knock on doors until you get a yes. Although it is good to get used to rejection going in and asking, as it will happen, just seems very unprofessional as you said. This is the first video that I have watched that actually has PROFESSIONAL advice from someone in the industry of automotive photography. Although the brands/headquarters may not be my intended target audience I got a lot of substance on how to market myself properly. The only video I have watched and written down notes. This was the kind of content I was hoping Larry Chen would've gotten into when he started his channel, but if you have watched his videos you know how they go. I love the idea of creating a physical book portfolio of my hero shots, super stand out since everyone and their mother has an online portfolio. Love the insight you provide in your videos, bless you for sharing 🙏

Hello. Thank you so much for posting this kind of content. How can I join the group?
Thank you for all your feedbacks, can t wait to see all your videos :) i have just one question about gear, i m already working as a photographer sometimes and i use apsc for 3 reasons : it’s lighter and cheaper, i am not working for big companies who print on huge posters and i love Fuji 😁. Do i will have to switch to work on commercials work ? Can clients request for a certain type of gear ? Cheers from Paris
@ThePhotographyRebuttal

Hi there - thanks for the interesting question but my answer is simple. I have never had a commercial requesting me to use a specific type of gear.
Hello Michael, thank you so much for all of these videos. I’m curious about what you put in your portfolio and submit to awards competitions, are these images from paid jobs or your own personal work? If they are from paid jobs, do you need to get permission from the clients or have you something in your contract that allows you to use the images? Thank you for your time. You have absolutely gained a fan here from Ireland.

You have to check your local laws, but in most countries, the photographer automatically has copyright. However, you can lose that copyright if (A) you transferred it to a client, or (B) if you live in the a country that required additional steps to secure your copyright (such as registering it with the copyright office in the USA for example). As for entering competitions, I tend to enter personal projects as they are generally more creative (which I assume what most judges like to see) as opposed to client work which usually has a lot of restrictions.
Please Invite me to the group "Han" with an orange color profile! REALLY LOVE YOUR WORK
