After gotten my LLC the next line of action is to get funds to start up your business but getting capital to start a business has been the problem of thousands of America Business owners. A business produces financial statements showing the financial health of the business. I hold an MBA in finance and Im a financial management consultant. So much analysis paralysis. Already have EIN, article of organization ( S-corp) and chase b.account. Don't have physical address nor phone But I'm order to build business credit I would need business fuel card .

Only from your business income. Sometimes grants ask for records of what you spent money on and that would not be an actually charge

Can you apply for grants if you business expired" and you need help getting it reinstated" it's $1024 very expensive.. SBA never gave the Grants last year.. waited for alot of peoples businesses to expire" then Denied" them on expired" business.. Is said for struggling new business owners..

Yes you can hun..I went thru this same problem 😩So what I did I first contact incfile we're I set my LLC up in the beginning and I had to pay $186 dollars to change the name😫🙄After that I contacted IRS to tell them I want a name and that was free but I have to wait a whole 3weeks😩When you call the IRS make sure you contact the right direct number you may going to be on hold for 1-2hours🥴😩and you will be able to keep your same E.I.N number Good luck❤️

It is possible to have more than one LLC, but what I learned (the hard way) is that a sole member LLC cannot have more than one EIN. So if you start another LLC, you will have to add a member other than yourself so that you become a multi member LLC, then you will get approved for another EIN.
