weirdly enough this didn't work for me. I do the minute long burnout and let the rpms drop. But then the race doesn't start, like it says my pre-stage wasn't completed. Therefore I cannot even begin the race, if anyone could provide a solution or any incite on this issue I would be very grateful.

If u move even a little bit the race doesn't start, if u move a Lil bit then drive forward till u teleport back to the Start Area then wait for the pre stage(watch the lights).

Also for those who dont know how to get easy money, this glitch will get you a lot. Tune all your gears to max except for 2nd gear, set it to 0.70 you will win every race with any car

That works because the ai use the same tune as yours but the difference is the transmission setting, the ai uses automatic that's why if you use that tune they stall midway thus giving you an easy win
