I really like Dude's attitude when facing disapointment in Splatoon. I want to be more like that but it's hard not to look at your teammates actions.

It can be difficult especially looking at their K/D's. I have started to learn where I go wrong, however, and always think about how to avoid bad situations. Even in a match that you know is lost you can take that time learning what not to do. As DUDE says, you can only improve yourself.

Respect to you being able to stay humble and positive in those first four games, especially when you were performing the best on your team by far. Close but unlucky!

Tx for helping me i went from B+ to S rank in a couple of days

@@DR.DisInfect woah buddy chill, we all have different skill levels in the game. don't beat someone else down because you think some aspects of the game are easy for YOU. they're improving at their own rate. Instead of insulting them and asking them what they're doing wrong, support them on their achievements.

I’m a new viewer and just wanted to say how much I love your energy :D I remember I was first introduced to you in Chuggaconroys Splatoon 2 Series last year and have recently just found you again! I’ve been playing to improve lately but have been discouraged due to the somewhat negative players I’ve been playing with. It’s encouraging to see your positivity towards matches! I love how you look at how you could improve rather than being annoyed/blaming teammates like the people I’ve played with. Thank you for saying this. I play with my brother all the time but he always blames me and our teammates instead of himself. Then when I look at the results at the end of the match, he always does the worst.

22:00 i was watching the video and I see I was in the match wtf ahha

Ayo the Eye cam so super sick! It helps a lot being able to see when you look at the top of the screen weapon icons as I struggle with that during matches. I wish other Splatubers used it like Squid School. Also how do u have the awareness to always know what to look for or when to shark and such since I feel like your level requires competitive play to get there but I'd like to have it one day. Also your HDMI black level/RGB Range might be wrong either on ur switch or Capture Card and Possibly ur monitor if it's also crushing your blacks (Black level) in the video as u can see when there is grey on top of black, the grey stuff becomes black so u cant see it like at 9:52 on the player results backround. I like to boot up Splatoon 2 and see if the top left edge of the news TV looks like 2 distinct shades or if it blends into almost 1 indicating crushed blacks. A lot of Splatoon 3's UI has grey stuff over black too., the Home Menu Icon even does this which can also be a good test. The switch (PS5 works this way too.) should be on Full/ high RGB Range in settings and everything the switch plugs into (like monitor and capture card in it's software and/or OBS) should be set to High/Full HDMI Black level/ RGB Range (the wording differs depending on device). Although OBS should be set to render the video in Limited (aka low but OBS says limited) according to EpoxVox (A youtuber known as the Stream Professor for providing the best OBS Settings) so as long as ur capture card and monitor are set to High/Full then OBS should be converting things. Although with conversions comes errors which might be part of the issue, although usally crushed blacks indicates an incorrect HDMI Black Level/RGB Range set on either your Switch or whatever it's plugged into. I assume right now your switch or capture card is set incorrectly, maybe your monitor too if it also has crushed blacks like the video. Ik the Wii U outputs in Limited RGB range so you probally have to change the capture card and monitor to Low/limited HDMI Black Level/RGB Range. The Xbox One and Series consoles also output this way since nothing can play fair it's like. Least OBS doesn't have to convert this. idk what the 360, PS3 and 4 natively output but it's best to set the system to native RGB Range/ HDMI Black level on the system and change it on ur TV or monitor to match since otherwise the console has to convert things and with conversions comes errors (As HDTV Test says, A youtuber for best Picture settings especially for high end OLED Tv's) but if it's the only way to get the accurate picture then so be it. Use this as a last resort. if whatever you plug ur stuff into has no controls for HDMI Black Level/RGB Range. Hope this helps! Sorry the explanation is long and technical.

Fun fact the splattershot has a rate of fire at 600 rpm. The splash/n-zap has a rpm of 720. The pro/squeezer (at max rpm with gods fingers) fires at 450 rpm

Not a pro but Tri-slosher could be an option. Both kits have a place in the meta currently.

The best way to get good with zooka is to use it a bunch. If I were you I’d take it into open and just try to mess around with it.

Actually questioning from my own gameplay: at what point is the line between playing better with a shooter and getting carried by shooters? Between my mains and shooters I generally consider that I play better with my mains but win more with shooters so am I actually playing better with shooters?

@@Camper-1158 focus more on how you can improve on your own. you can’t control your teams, so you might as well invest your energy into becoming the best you can be by asking yourself what you could have done better, regardless of who’s fault it was. it’s what many other pros besides SRB2DUDE have done to get to where they are now.

All I see in this video is how bad Splatoon 3's matchmaking is. It's not fun winning a majority of fights and still losing, nor is it fun getting wrecked by players who far surpass your skill level.

this game needs a perk called recovery, if you get a successful splat non assist you get some health back. its infuriating being in a fight getting the splat then dying straight after by the next guy. orr health recovery after 2 successful splats. it would be useful for being in skirmishes while being picked apart by wail during a fight or chip damage from missiles. we have ink recovery up why not health recovery up?
