Get on a rap studio app with your phone.Then just lay a bar at a time till the hold song is finished then transport the track to a real studio from your phone for quality sound. Writing is old! And I'm a older head saying this.

Well for me it’s cause I’m traumatized, sometimes it’s hard to spot out a next line when free styling or come up with a next line in a song or a new one entirely. It affects me in my everyday life actually.

I’m sure it might help in some way but I don’t think that much. Maybe with delivery and finding a voice but that’s it. Everybody can rap along to songs but it doesn’t make them a rapper.
