If you have an embassy in Qatar and you can submit proof docs that you are legally working in Qatar no need to go to India

Some people get several offers and they only can confirm one study place. Other offers will automatically canceled. So there will be chances to come up on the waiting list. Keep checking your place on the waiting list. Best of luck
