Why?

Honestly they should make all of the armor sets in the game available as layered armor. They could make it getable after you did certain quest for each layered armor sets. That way there's even more endgame stuff for those who like to do something. Cause let's face it, fashion hunting is where the endgame stuff is.

@@linkthekirby9530 The layered armour that was introduced in Iceborn, doesn't include every armour set in the game. There are some of the elder dragon armour sets that I would love to have a layered armour version of it, like the Xeno'jiiva, or the Vaal Hazak, or even the Nergigante one.

Yeah, The Handler truly is useless, compiling all that Information for the Player so we don't have to shuffle through 400 Pages of Reports about a Monster's Behaviour. Many misunderstand the Information you get after a certain Quest as "Your Handler is incompetent and others have to do her work" When it's actually more worded as "You're collecting so much Information about the Monsters and the Enviroment that one person isn't enough to handle it." I can ignore her being a bit reckless as she's just very curious... And it's not like other Members of the Comission are less reckless, certain NPCs who have been in the Comission far longer than you and the Handler make very questionable decisions

@@Tykiari Feckin' FINALLY someone else sees why the Handler is nice!!! Except I don't like it when Luna (My Palico furbaby) goes to hugs and interacts with her in the cutscenes but not me!!! 😢 But yeah other than that I like the Handler! Even though she IS very curious/reckless!

so basically for most of these, you gotta wait a long time before you can even do the events, and others you have to wait until you retire to get them

This is kinda what that is. End game content that is a bit hard at the beginning, but easier when you come back to it with better stuff. Most of us rather go through the pain of doing it as soon as we can, so our grinding towards endgame looks good.

Some notes to consider: - Video states that the Bushi Ticket from Kulve Taroth Siege is a guaranteed drop. This is true... when KT wasn’t in its Arch-Tempered form way back. Now that Normal KT is permanently removed from the game, when you finish an ATKT run, the drop boxes that you obtain from the end “may” contain the Bushi Ticket, so if you didn’t get one, then you have to repeat the whole siege again. TLDR; it’s not a guaranteed drop anymore. - Aloy layered armor Set is only a PS4 exclusive content, so if you’re in Xbox or PC, then tough luck. - All Street Fighter layered armor sets are currently console-exclusive only. PC users will not be able to get them, which is odd, since SF is also available on that platform as well. Goodluck hunters!

Maybe the master rank hunt will reward tickets for master armor & layered normal armor (alpha, beta, gamma). It's high time MHW go into fashion meta.

@@alexandersveryown4760 nope, judging by the glimpse we got in the dev diary video you craft layered armor pieces bit by bit like you do regular armor, so to all intense and purpose we'll have the same two layers of grinding and material farming like we do now.

You actually don't need to complete the quest to defeat the Ancient Leshen to get the mutagen, you can go to the Elder Melder in either Seliana or Astera, and craft them in order to get the Geralt and Ciri layered armour. Not for sure if its always been like this though. Also I would love to see the armours you can unlock by defeating elder dragons as layered armour, and the layered armour that I'm currently using is the Brigade layered armour set with the Wiggler Helmet layered armour.

will Capcom ever release a transmog system? There are a lot of good looking armors but most of it has shitty skills or not useful to my build

I was having difficulty finding good information on all the layered sets available and how to trigger their deliveries, like during the spring festival rerun I had assumed the blossom layered set delivery would either be available by default, after receiving a blossom ticket, or by speaking to the smithy. Come to find out through this video, it's not even a seasonal event delivery! Weird.

My favorite Layered armor set I like to use the Guild Cross Circlet but then have the rest the Origin set, makes me look like a researcher but I mainly use it because its just my favorite look in the game! As for which armor set I'd like to see becomes Layered, well that's a easy question.... ALL OF THEM! Great video DarkHero!

I spend a whole day farming Kulve and I only obtained 22/35 Bushi tickets. They drop with only a 13% for every bronze reward. Btw: a few mistakes, but a great compilation overall, very useful!

thanks for this Vid DarkHero. However, I have finished all of the conditions for me to be able to get the layered armor for the brigade layered armor but I still do not have it as a layered armor. When I go to the smithy, I can only forge the armor for use. But not as a layered armor. I have completed all of the special assignments for lunastra and then Arena 5, 6 and 7.

The velkhana one looks so cool same for Val but I don’t wanna run a crit draw build

You dont actually have to slay the ancient leshen to get mutagens. After you talk to geralt and go through his story line just enough to unlock the quest, then you can meld mutagens at the ancient melder by expending research points and a gold wyverian print. This comes from completing bounties within the given time limit from the resource center. This sounds complicated but it actually a much much easier method to get mutagens. Which you can use to make the witcher layered armours. This also means you dont necessarily have to be HR 50 to get them.

You should unlock the normal layered armor from arch tempered monsters AND the gamma armor set should have a layered counterpart unlocked too but whatever, drachen is too cool

Please do a video for the weapons that you can collect from the quests thanks!

I was killing teostra to get the Dante armor and I thought we need 7 but it said two when I had four and lucky me I got teostra gems so I can get it phew that saved me some time

Yeah, yeah, you try that. You can't complete the quest on your own. If you die, it'll keep roaring and healing until you get back into the arena. And by the time you do that, it'll probably be at max health again.

Once you learn to avoid its attacks and get the FFXIV Jump timing down, Extremoth's only real challenge is beating it within the time limit while simultaneously dealing with Charybdis. Edit: Fixed Jump because I can't spell apparently

I currently use a mod to set any armor as layer armor. Girros set is just a set I want but stats sucks. But I'm planning to collect all layer armors.

I just wish there was a transmog system. I love my Zora armor but the stats are kinda lackluster

I would pay an extra 60$ for a berserk collab give me a dragon slayer sword and a full cosplay set of guts and I would gladly pay a premium for that I would never use any other weapon or set

edit: around 6 minutes and 50 seconds, showing the smithy access from the new gathering hub, they highlight under the Forge Equipment option > Layered Armor, and even show a bit of the crafting menu with required materials and stuff, there's a tab for Master Rank and another one for Low/High rank. Translation however used ther word "manage" instead of "creating", hence why it caused a bit of confusion
