Love the advice about being authentic. That’s one thing that I’ve kept whenever I talk to you. There’s been times when I disagree with some things that you say, we dialogue, and everything is still kosher. When talking about the promo for your sneakers, I was authentic and you gave me the opportunity. People keep asking HOW the heck did it all happen. Being authentic and genuinely supporting you over the years. That’s where it all started.

Hi Gary, I have no idea what the hell to say; however, I feel that I'm supposed to be here. I want to work at VaynerMedia, but I don't have any previous experience in media. I know I will find a way to add value. It's not like I'm incompetent or think certain jobs are beneath me. I have no fear in expressing my mind or failing. I'm super inquisitive and don't pretend to know something. I have no expectations but at the same time, I hold myself to the highest expectations. I'm extremely optimistic, and grateful for things that people don't even contemplate. Despite the fact, my near future isn't super clear I'm sure we will cross paths one way or another. If it was my company I can read right through people being fake. Make sure your 100% honest with yourself and the potential employer or go start your own business. you'll never succeed if you lie to yourself and others

I want to offer my services for free to local companies so I can build up experience and exposer. How would someone like me, with little experience, convince them to take me up on my offer? The teacher/professor said that after coming off a discussion of Hot Ones -- because she thought it was "off topic"...But she didn't realize that it would have been better to continue talking about Hot Ones since there seems to be a lot of attention there (the show has everything and Sean Evans is probably the best interviewer ever) and if she's being paying 'attention' at all to what Gary has been saying all this time, attention matters!

Most of them don't get to see him on a daily or weekly basis so yeah probably right

The one and only reason I would want a job at Vayner media is to study Gary and find his one weakness or slip up. Meaning find something that he preaches to us that he doesn’t follow and call him out. This may sound like a troll thing to do but honestly I just want to be able to say I helped Gary in the same way he has helped me and many others.
