It’s so true and that’s for any brand. Any store. Sometimes I have money to spend and sometimes I don’t but you can never tell. I’m myself, I’m enthusiastic and I get star treatment in boutiques. I like to play and see how I’m treated in stores and they’re always kind. A cute outfit, asking how people are doing and a smile go a long way.

My SA isn’t like that at all, if it was like that I wouldn’t bother and I have walked out many times when I sense that attitude. It should be a fun, enjoyable experience. That’s what I get in London and Paris and now Cannes.

Congrats on the bag Claire. Lovely piece that definitely blends in in your collection. Just a quick one: I am based in Luxembourg and our local shop is really small. There is no such a thing as dedicated SA here. I travel quite a lot in Europe. Not too long ago, went to Lyon, and was hoping to renew a wishlist they allowed me to place last year. Was kindly told by the Manager of the store to place my wishlist where I live, as they do not do that anymore. So, take it each store has its own rule, even in Europe.

I go up a size. I get L or XL! I feel like they a Large fits like a nice medium so buy up a size.

No it will be problematic 😂 not good in the rain and will stain easily.

….”and you probably don’t deserve one.” Wow. This ignores the fact that some people like me in the states have been waiting for years for a bag they want/need and can afford. It also ignores the fact that you’re a well known influencer and the sales associate may be likely to give you a grizzly or mini k compared with no purchase history in that store compared to someone else, maybe a tourist or a non-influencer. I love you, Claire but you missed the spot on this one.

You’re typing from a phone or laptop, sell it and help others. You could sell your phone and use pay phones and internet cafes. The bag isn’t £20k, that’s a reseller price.

Why do you feel the need to tell other people how to spend THEIR hard earned money? Do you pay their bills and stuff? No, then sit the hell down. I for one for work fucking hard to buy my bags and what I want in life. I'm not rich but I have a job and I work a lot like 7 days a week.
