Plot twist is here ---> you cant get visa wihtout having permit so it mean you must have freelance permit to avail freelance visa yeap if you got work oppurtunity there then you can leave this freelance visa nd take over on work visa

Option 1 apply from there jobs in Dubai and hope you’ll get zoom interviews anything is possible though employers prefer someone who is physically here , option two get a three month visa come here look for a job this is expensive but people get jobs. Thanks ☺️
