I just earned the CP in the 3rd week of January thru 12/31/25, but I had to open two SW biz cards and plan my spending. This is a much easier way to earn the CP.

From IND, it's either them or Spirit to Orlando so i might do this!

My girlfriend got the pass last year and we got 23 months of companion pass. Will expire at the end of the year. Hope they do the same thing next year cause I really like flying for 1/2 price when we go somewhere.

I’m wondering, if you get this CP which has a shorter validity BUT you also do the business card + personal card combo to get the points required for the CP this year, will that extend the CP validity??

I already have travel booked for April. I plan on doing only one more trip later this year. Do you think it’d be worth it to just wait till 2025 and get the companion pass then so I could get it for both 2025 and 2026?

Is it better to get this or the original CP with 2 CC for 2024-2025 cp?

Got the 100K point offer in 2022. Got 50K points on February and the the other 50K points in August. I'm assuming that I am not eligible for this as part of the sign up bonus came in August, right?

Hi Ben first thing thank you for your great videos and information that you always have in your channel. question in your experience which cards from southwest is better?

I got the 50k points for 1k in spend bonus, im actually happier with that offer instead of this one since I have really low spend.

How I WISH SWA flew out of my city. The nearest airport is two hours away. :-( Adding the parking, gas and road time with the potential for delays or cancellations.....cost benefit isnt worth it getting the card/pass and then taking the drive. Hoping they add my city soon.

Same here in Huntsville, Alabama! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Nearest 2 locations are Birmingham, Al and Nashville, Tn, which are both over 1.5 drive away! I wish we had southwest here!

Does the chase 5/24 rule apply with the chase Southwest business credit card ?

in theory yes, but with the cobranded cards, many people have reported getting approved despite being over 5/24

The problem with the Southwest companion pass is that you have to use it on Southwest

I just called Southwest and they said you don't get a companion pass but you earn companion pass points. Feels like a bait and switch from Southwest. Can anyone else confirm?

You do get a companion pass plus 30k points as the sign up bonus. The person you talked to didn’t know what they were talking about

5/24 ruins yet another card for me. Oh well

Horrible. The normal business requires $1K of spend to achieve, but for CP it's $4K with half the bonus points. Awful value.
