HOW TO FRONTSIDE 360
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Today we're going over the frontside 360 on flatground. If you get frustrated, I'd recommend trying it over a hip instead - much more fun.

Nasty Nev Ik what u mean man like I haven’t been able to bs 180 for ages but today I just thought I’m gonna learn it. Try different foot placements, leant back, leant forward. And bloody landed it 🤣🤣. U can surprise yourself if your determined.

As a kid I was mesmerized by how skaters kept the board on their feet I now understand it’s just physics but watching people like you and Jeremy Wray do them brings me back to when I was a kid because of how impossible fronts 360s still look to me.

you need to jump and ollie with perfect timing
im 31 been skating since before there was youtube, just landed my first frontside 360 twice in a row, thank you soon much. I came here to teach my kids but I'm really proud of myself too. if I can add anything to the tutorial I would say practice off the board your spin technique. first left shoulder aligned to right( it creates optimum spin because your shoulders are twisted ready to spin body left) then when you are in 180 make sure you're right hand is already over left foot! this posture means you are ready for full another 180 twist again! you are cocked back ready to reload another spin! try without left over right and u can't spin again. from 180 right hand over left foot there you are gonna generate the next 180 twist that comes from a simple ollie and nose pivot to landing.its like a cheat half ass 180 to manual to get the full spin but to complete the 360. you just du don't even have to do a full 360 if you can rotate the spin on your nose with left foot. clench your body\ arms from spinning so you stop spinning left or right when landing. you do this by literally moving your arms in the opposite direction. remember if u create momentum u have to stop it in the other direction.keep the mentality that you are landing a faky 180 then pivot on the nose bit with more emphasis on landing strong
Hell yeah dude!!!! I've been workin on this one recently...so having someone that knows wtf they're talking about break it down (in detail) really helps!! Even if I didn't know ya.... I'd still say you've EASILY got the best trick tip channel. Keep it up nyukka!!!

It's my fucking feet that have been fucking me up. I never thought to change & have always tried to just spin more. Then even when I'd get it, I'd lose the board & just never thought it was my feet. Legit best skate channel on youtube!
I will try it again next time I go skate. I always just tried to wind up a lot and turn. Never thought about pushing that front foot downwards. Now I get it, when I watch other people do it. Thank you.
I just started doing these recently. It's funny how much easier it is fakie. This helps moving forward - thank you!
No joke, the way you described how you want your back foot like how you would if you are doing a shove inspired me to try to learn this after work today. 🤘
Awesome. I really appreciate the super slow motion and the explanation of the second 180 being all about pushing the feet through before the shoulders catch up.
Love these tutorials! As always, concise and in depth.
My brain's never been able to crack this code. After skating 30+ years, it's still on my bucket list.
Dude. I was looking for a good fs 360 video yesterday. It's kind of a coincidence that this video comes up the day I wanna learn this trick.

Been trying to get these. Got em Switch all day but regular is much harder for me. Thanks for the upload
You’ve inspired me brother! Really appreciate what you do and the tutorials. Respect
This was a great tutorial. I appreciate the way you break a complex skill down into learnable chunks. Thanks very much.
So I started working on these yesterday. I landed one clean one then started to film it. I landed 2 sketchy ones. It’s crazy cause when I completed a 270 mid air my legs turned the rest and I couldn’t see my board which scares me. Also throwing my shoulders was terrifying. But thank you for the tip video!
DAMN literally just looked this up bc I’m so close

keep it up man this is helping me relearn tricks i mastered years ago!
One of the best tutorial chanel
This video was actually done really well🔥👍🏼
Yo! Something I learned from watching a snowboard 360 guide is that the landing is blind. In this video when you land you are looking behind you and then after you land you turn your head to look towards the front. On flat ground when you have such low hang time these little movements not only make it look smoother but really helps you get that extra rotation you need.
@thed.z.a.4658
8 ай бұрын
the landing is not blind you spot your landing before you pop and never take your eyes off it and specifically that also means never raising your head if that makes sense
Love the video, keep up the amazing work and keep on shredding!
Finally I’ve been waiting for this trick tip
Good video man the slow mo really helps
The “as fast as u can” helped a lot
Needed this one thank u
Hey thanks for all the tips/hacks! What do you ride? Trucks, wheels and deck sizes? Preferred brands/shapes?
I think that trying the 360 spin without the board and just your body spinning will help your muscle memory specially if u try to spin but use your waist for the rotation jump and do the spin but your waist will go ahead b4 your shoulder's
This was so good!! Thank you!!
This helped me smooth them up!! 🙌
nice just started practicing those yesterday!
Very informative tutorial. Keep it up bro!
This helped me so much! Thanks dude, for reals!
Nice. I was looking how to do 360 axle spins (what's the trick do doing a bunch of them?), but, enjoyed watching this as well. Still working on my 180 ollies after a 20 year hiatus from skating. I think I could kind of do it back in the 80s, though, I'm not sure how consistent it was and probably wasn't as nice looking as yours.
Finally a legit tutorial for this trick
Thank you so much really appreciate this one
Right, learning these tonight. Will report back in a few hours.
Thanks that what i needed to know. Could only to it nollie but not regular

Ive been really struggling to learn this trick for a while i have my frontside 180s down and i really wanna learn my frontside 360
I've never seen a fs 360 on flat that's gnarly
the difference between a front 3 is you never take your eyes off of the ground, if its a 180 you just look to where you want to land very similar to how you frontside ollie on a transition.
Thank you so much
thank you for this 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
One of the hardest tricks for me. After countless battles, I'm not even close. In theory I know it "all", watched a bunch of tutorials, but I just can't get past the 180. Switch either, always stops at 180, no matter how much I wind up, explode, pop in the air, shift my weight on either foot, commit to landing... just doesn't work for me unfortunately. Oh well, on we go to another trick. Good luck to you guys, happy learning!
Yayy finally 🦾
Thank you so much!
nice fit you got on there. Can you give me a link to the shirt, pants a shoes?
He Is amazing ...
I can land this. Im def gonna start giving this trick a go. Thanks for the tips dude!
Very useful,
Dude, I wanna learn this trick so bad!!!! Why don't you shoot a video on how to heal ankle impingement?? I've been having a really hard time with my right ankle. I cannot have impact on it. I believe you've through a lot of injuries.
@SKATEHACKS
4 жыл бұрын
Rest, hydrate very well, and avoid fried food and any food that comes in a plastic package, whole foods only. Exercise the ankle as long as it doesn’t hurt while doing so. Don’t skate yet if it hurts to skate. That’s all you can do to allow it to heal properly.

I've torn ligaments in my ankles several times, my first and worst was a complete rupture that stopped me skating for six months. When I started skating again I couldn't jump off obstacles to flat without sharp pains shooting up my leg. I brought some footprint insoles to see if they would make a difference and sure enough they did, now I won't skate without them. Would recommend looking into some insoles as well as resting up
duct taping your feet to board helps
Can you do a fs 360 kickflip tutorial, I've been trying for 10 minutes and just can't quite get it

I still working on my Fs 180 and the 360 is my main goal after, but I only found your video about the Bs 180. Is your foot position for the Fs 180 similar to this 360?

I keep landing with my back foot on but can’t seem to get my front foot on. And sometimes when my back foot gets on, it’s in a weird position.

Do you recomend to practice it on a hip before flat ground?
