Would you ever consider reshooting this but significantly more slowly? While most of the video is doable at 0.25x, there are some times (such as @2:40-2:42) where there are entire frame skips that miss key details such as how many folds back we were supposed to go--and these can't be interpreted via changing speed. Only sleuthing through the video and messing up a few pieces of paper helps. Love the video--just wish it were slower!

Just make 2 a day and slowly accumulate them or u can make gazillions of it while watching Netflix after u mastered it :)

Do yourselves a favor and change the video to .25x speed. But even then, despite the music, this was FAR from a calming experience for me lol.

Half this video I’m like “Please slow down sir”.

You can slow down the play speed in the settings. 50% is usually slow enough to follow along

It's pretty easy, just very confusing, I managed to memorize it when I understood the general rule of it which is basically just making it symmetrical so you just gotta do the same thing to all four sides

tip: watch them do a few steps at a time, and then pause the video and do it yourself. it took me about 30 minutes(no sound), and it looks great! just take your time and remember to be patient.

Very nice. One thing would help a lot: more color contrast between a white side and a dark side.

The video is fast but I like it that way. Who wants to watch a 15 min video? If you can't keep up just pause it and work at your own pace.

Exactly, and it's really not that 'fast'! Just watch it the first time to see how to do it and then pause it and do the folding on all four sides. It's not complicated, this is an excellent video!

I followed this video all the way through. This is my second time making one and it took me about 25 minutes. The trick is to pause the video after every step cause putting the video at ×0.25 speed doesn't really work. And also being patient and trusting the process. I hope this helps . Happy creating💕

Quick tip for everyone if this is too fast (like it was for me). Click the settings button on the video, click playback speed and change it to 0.5 or 0.25 and it’ll be way slower and easier to follow 😊

I thought this would be calming, relaxing, finds out it did the exact opposite to me. This is so confusing.. Swans, birds, butterflies are so much easier to do.

i tried to make it and the triangle bottom wouldnt come apart... what did i do wrong(i figured it out i folded the skinny part on the wrong end)

I LERANED THIS TODAY AND IT MADE ALMOST EVERYONE HATED ORIGAMI 💀

thank you for this video - I managed to make a lovely lily with some pausing and rewinding! I would make one suggestion - it you could please use paper with a different color on each side it would be MUCH easier to follow. I find this with almost every origami video I watch. thanks again.

if its going too fast for you to watch, slow down the video speed in settings and then watch the step. hope this helps lol

When I fold my Origami lily, it seems to end up with 3 Petals instead of 4 and with a different looking model.

That is really beautiful edit it took me 8 tries
