I'm like you, first timer to this, and repairs for reselling. I see these "Flips" all the time on YT and feel like some of them are overboard as to what needs to be done with them and how much they are reselling for. I understand someone needs to be paid for their time and materials, etc. I also need to start recording any i've done and post. I probably would have done a scraper on the top and sides and drawer faces, and sand other locations, only because you don't know off hand if that's a laminate or other thinner material used. I'd also put Part 1 of X in the title. But other than that, looking forward to this journey, and see how you do.

honestly some of those videos are not 100% real since they only show you the profit and how easy it is to flip furniture, let me tell you it's not. But it can be done and at the end when you sell it its very rewarding, by the way I posted this piece for $275.00 dollars, and I sold it for $185.00. But I really recommended. Thank you.
