Why do I suddenly watch CNC videos, I don't even have a room to build in. I have to do it outdoors lol.

Unlike fusion, etc., this software wasn't originally designed to model and all that stuff was added later. It works really well but sometimes there are weird little hiccups like this around the edges of vectors, where the cross and meet, usually. At least, for inexperienced modelers like me. There are a few ways to fix this and a lot of it has to do with file resolution management (make the blank as small as you can and the resolution as high) and sometimes you can chase and erase these little flaws. In this case, it was so miniscule a height discrepancy it was easier to just work around it.

Nice Tim!!! I've been turning wrenches for 30 years "professionally". Still get tripped up when working at weird angles.

So much of the acoustic guitar is made off the CNC, I haven't done that yet. what are the "$410" plans?
