    @@ZakFerguson I am currently struggling with double full on tramp. Perhaps cork & full twisting tutorials for sing, dub, trip, and variations? I also would like to see pure tricking moves like raiz, swings, etc. All tramp tutorials on YT are from the gtramp perspective. I have not seen any coming from the tricking perspective and how to use tramp effectively for tricking and taking tricks to ground. Any insight you have on the subject would be great.

  • @ZakFerguson

    Perfect. That helps a lot and I will definitely do those. Especially moving to winter time it's easier to do tramp than regular tricks on the ground if you don't have a gym. I wasn't sure if there was much interest in this so thanks.

    Difference between a gainer and a flash gainer?

  • @ZakFerguson

    @ZakFerguson

    3 жыл бұрын

    Spilled Tea Consulting Nothing. Gainer is a term in Tricking for any swinging backflip with no, or very little spin. It comes from a "True Gainer" in gymnastics, which is a Backflip, covering distance forward. Thus "Gaining" land as you Backflip. So a: Slant or Cheat gainer Gainer flash Tuck gainer True gainer Etc. Are all "Gainers" but what I think you are asking is the difference between Slant and Gainer Flash. For those two it's your hip, and leg inversion. It's Slant gainer is to Gainer flash as Bkick is to Aerial if that makes sense. I tend to overachieve my slant Gainers in class unless I'm specifically teaching you slant Gainer. I hope that makes sense. 🙏🏻

    @@ZakFerguson Thanks! I was curious about gainer/gainer flash because normally you hear just "gainer" instead of "gainer flash". I didn't know there were variations other than slant gainer and gainer flash (or what I normally call just 'gainer').
