Guide me on how to flash Nokia c21plus

Thank you for this education. Please, before the whole processing of flashing begins do i need to remove sim cards and memory cards from the phone. Please… reply as soon as possible.

Yes if you have the flash file you can always downgrade

How do we know that the firmware we downlaoded is the right one

Just make sure you search the correct and definite model number from the internet

If iam using windows 10 do I have to download drivers for android?

Yes you need to download manually so as to be sure

No you can't, in fact sp flash tool works for android phones using Mediatek processors only. Spreadtrum processors for example has it's own tool.

Yes upgrade and downgrade uses the same procedure differing only in version of firmware in relation to current one
