Hi thanks for kind to upload this videos. May I ask for your advise whether you have the same experience . My TV is Sony Android TV ( just updated FW to Android 9). However, since I upgrade FW to Android 9 my KZread app wasn’t working, video doesn’t load and keep buffering. Even though I have tried many ways to but couldn’t solve the problem : soft reset TV, unplug TV, clear app cache and app memory, force app to stop, even factory reset my TV. But till the same problem. Please let me know if any ideas to solve this.

Hi Aaron do, this is happening due to bug Problem of firmware update. So you required to wait for few days it will be solved automatically. Try to check for the new update. And keep the router close to your smart tv. Hopefully this will help you to understand the reasons. Any further support need please feel free to reply back. Hello there, sorry for the late update, it totally works! But instead of searching the restart button, Restore Factory setting will do! And btw its safe!

3 mins to tell you to restart your shield tv... Could have started with that

Mine is stuck on some sort of music mode, where the audio will play fine but it will show only the video's thumbnail. The only way of fixing it is to reset the whole app and then reconnect the accounts, until you listen to some music again and have to do the whole thing again.

Hi, I have recently bought Redmi Android TV 32". But, in that same problem is faced in KZread, Amazon Prime, Netflix applications. Sound is ok but video is not visible, though Video is playing but nothing is seen only black screen. Can you please guide me to solve the problems.

This is the same problem my android tv has, but cant solve the problem by just restarting the unit, I already done with uninstall, install, update and the last is I reset my tv.

Do you have any tips for KZread Audios? The same is happening to me. But instead of the music/sound not playing, the whole video itself doesn't stop loading and am error message pops up.

Our TV KZread is still the same, it has been about 18 hours since the problem. I switched off the power unit, waited, did this few times, still not working. I also unplugged WiFi as well, no luck what so ever! What could I do now?? Really stuck. Please could you help?

Restart the TV? I have an LG smart TV that turns off and on. Not sure what restart means. Why is it I get sound and a black screen then turn on something different say Jay Leno's garage and it works perfect?

I have two televisions and why would it happen to one and not the other? Programs are the same on each television. I sometimes just don’t turm off one television when leaving the particular area.

My issue is when I first turn on my TV, it just flashes the brand name for split sec and goes back to black screen audio an what not works but my video I watch keeps saying reset picture settings but it's like how I can't even see the home menu

My KZread channel still will not come on. But my screen has the KZread word on it. There's no sound, nothing. I tried unplugging the TV for 60 seconds, then turning the TV back on, then clicked on KZread. Still no KZread channels will appear.☹😖

After doing it also I have the same issue while playing youtube, amazon prime and screen share. What can we do?

Hi kiran kumar, disconnect al the external cables and devices from tv. Unplug the power cable of tv & set top box for 5 minutes . Now plug it back carefully and turn the tv on to recheck the results. If same problem then reply me. Hopefully this will helps you to resolve the problem. Any difficulties please let me know. What if the black or blank video that has audio but no visual is just one video and every other video works perfectly?

I have a Vizio tv, and this is only happening on movies I try to watch on KZread. Was watching a movie on it just fine last night, trying to finish the movie today and it's doing the black screen thing. Same with other movies I just checked. Restarting tv and app hasn't worked, cleared the cache and it didnt work. Uninstalled YT and reinstalled it again, didn't work.

Restarting didn't help on my TV. Tried a few times. I also force stopped the app and uninstalled all updates of KZread app to see if that would help and still my screen is black with sound only

I can turn on KZread on TV...I can play videos is well from Home.but when I go to the search option the screen turns into full black...I can still go out from search option

Update again tv firmware and reinstall KZread application. 3. Restart the tv by removing power plug 🔌 cable. Wait few minutes. Hopefully this will help you to solve the problem. Hi bro pls help me out my mi tv brightness got reduced automatically if I'm trying to increase brightness the apps are not displaying in low brightness & i can't find brightness option due to this!!

My tv is doing the same thing. Won’t even open up Home Screen for apps. Just shows black screen. I can still use it to watch any live tv or other input. 😢 won’t work on any app.

I wonder where is the restart button? I got a Sharp Android aquos the KZread image is in black and white. May be the restart trick can fix it, but I can't see where you press to get there. Could somebody help? Thanks.
