That was amazing! I’m a 55-year-old female who was never fixed anything electronically, and your step-by-step directions got me to the switch on the inside and I threaded it just like you did and bingo it worked! Thank you so much!

Thanks for the video, got mines fixed. Not gonna lie, I initially thumbed down the video because of the overbearing music. It detracts from the instructions in the video. NO music would have been best. But any way I came back to give a thumbs up because it worked.

My jbl 4 does charge but then it turns off after a while of using it and when it says it’s fully charged i use it for 10 minutes and then it starts to die. Will this work for my jbl?

It might be an issue due to a faulty battery, I need to know which battery I will be using as a replacement and hopefully I could get one with a higher capacity, but I don't where to get it yet. I suggest that you factory reset you JBL device and then see if you got a battery(turn on the device and press and hold +/> until the device reacts), and you could use ear phone wires to fix the crackiling noises on your speakers.

Me 2, its possibly the battery but when I play mine with the 5 white dot lights showing its fully charged, it goes red down 2 one dot really fast and when I go 2 charge it, it shows 3 or 4 solid white dots and the 4th or 5th blinks showing its supposedly charging but it should start with the first light, something isn't right.

Mejia where you from or located ? I would like to pay you so that you can take a look at my JBL 4 that stop working . It charges but when I take it off the charger it won’t turn on if you are near New York I would like you too take a look at the speaker I will pay you what ever you charge . Thank you

Hey please I plugged my jbl flip 4 to a wall Switch that was shaky and then I believe the power fluctuated and spoiled it . Because I was trying to adjust the charger on the wall to stabilize and charge properly . In the cause of doing so, Suddenly the speaker died . Please I don’t know what could be the problem . My JBL is different the power and Bluetooth are close to the top, volume is on very top with some type of button on top. Not takig charge or turning on

Mine still won’t work

My jbl flip 3 is brand new and I just got it played 3 songs turned it off and it won't turn back on it was full on battery and had all 5 lights

I still don't know how to fix my pause/start button. It will not work. Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

This video was great at helping me find the same little ribbon cable. My issue was fixed by adding some foam tape above the closure mechanism to ensure the ribbon contact. Thanks Augusto!

Sharanagouda Biradar I did watch that video several times back when I wrote the comment, but unfortunately it didn’t help. Like for real I don’t know what kind of glue the used but eventually I got it out last week and ordered a new battery. Hopefully I have it up and running, but oh boy was it a challenge to get it out since is was swollen.

I have to leave mine on the charger for it to play music

Nothing I dead ass just let it sit there, and one day was talking on the phone with shorty and told her about it and showed her how it wouldn’t turn on no matter how many times I tried, and it just turned on and it’s been off and no like that for a minute
