@@OA23818 yeah i figured it out it said there was a security issiue when i looked it up and on my xbox i cant remember everything i did but i do remember fixing the sucurity issiue whitch was it all along and sorry i didint say anything soon iil try to figure out more information

I lost my acc second option took all my stuff this is basically just making a whole new acc with the second option

Guys im not watching this video but I'll let you know what works if you use a microsoft outlook account for xbox. I had "fix this on the web" error no matter what i did for a few days. Factory reset the xbox series x and everything. You just need to add an alias email to the account in microsoft outlook (look this up it's easy) then switch it to be your primary email address in use (keeping your usual email safe as an "alternative address" for now. Its on a list below your new primary). If you now try to add a new xbox account using this Alias address you added, and then set as primary, microsoft wont give you this "fix on web" error and it will download like normal to xbox. You could even perhaps swap your primary and alias baxk around straight away after 👍 works

i had to get xbox to send me a security code to my phone. it seems i locked myself out for trying to log in too many times 🤣 after putting the code in, i was unblocked.
