I can't seem to get it to work I've done everything if you could help me and if you have TeamViewer you could do it because everything I did didn't work I even hooked it up to a hotspot and tried to sign in

@@ondrejtregler I managed to fix it but I'm pretty sure it will back later on, what you need to do is go to Control Panel->Internet Options-> 'Advanced' tab, scroll to the bottom of the list and check all the "Use SSL/TSL" versions, lemme know (: (Another thing you can do is go to properties of your network adapter and uncheck the first in list (Client for Microsoft Networks)

It didn't help. My internet works just fine but I get this error only when I try to activate Microsoft Office. Microsoft support is not very heplfull either.

There is always a possibility that the old solutions change if Windows constantly updates the OS.
