If i am using powercfg h off in command prompt, Is any issue is happening in computer or is it safe Please reply

when i tried this and went to command prompt and hit run as administrator, it wouldn't let me and this is MY computer! any help would be greatly appreciated!

Bruh I didn't even get that exact control panel but a limited version so I had to use the search bar to get to the "what the buttons do" page. What is Microsoft doing?
