can someone help me, when i click on f5, i can't enter the code, i just click on my account to login, when i do, it will appear "search for app in store, you need to install app for this task" yes or no when i click yes or no, nothing happens and it just repeats itself

Open the drive c then user folder, you will see there are user001 something then just open it and your files are there.

@@aminboudjerada9614 Create a new Admin Account, then copy all your files from the folder users then paste to C drive. After you backed up all your files from Users Folder, go to settings> Account then remove the corrupt local Account

Actually, the cause of this problem is the hard drive. After I do this step on the video, the problem still persists for two weeks. What I did was replace the HDD with an SSD, and the problem was solved. This error problem is no longer present.

My final solution is to re install the windows again.

Thanks to this video. The first method didn't work for me. Luckily, the second method did the trick. Create a new Admin Account, then copy all your files from the folder users then paste to C drive. After you backed up all your files from Users Folder, go to settings> Account then remove the corrupt local Account
