For those who didnt work.. You can see the guy do tutorial ,his port is localhost:8080, meaning he has change the port from default 80 to 8080.Seems he had this problem kzread.info/dash/bejne/m6SBx8akmrDboNo.html before To solve ths problem, for host name use 'localhost:3307' instead of "localhost' or 'localhost:3306' instead of 'localhost'..The video didn't work for me but this did wonders.
