In this tutorial video, I will quickly guide you on how you can fix the video call problem on Messenger.
1) Open Settings and search for Apps
2) Go to the Messenger app option
3) Select Permissions at the top option
4) Select Camera and tap on Allow
5) Do the same for Phone and Microphone settings
4) Now go back to the App list and tap on Camera
5) Clear Cache and Data
6) Try to see if the problem has been fixed.

But how to enable floating video. For instance, when i'm in a videocall with someone and i minimize to grab something from the homescreen, my camera turns off and i can not see the other caller.

My iphone is reconnecting when I video call or received a video call.
Paano po magagamit ung nasa messenger tas nakavc kau den nag off cam sya pero narinig mo na nagpop up at kahit magmute pa sya nagpop up sau .. paano po yun? Salamat po sa sagot.. y11 vivo po .. 😇
