Maybe I missed it, but he doesn't mention what to do it it's permanently banned, just when it's banned. Where does someone go to contact tiktok if they don't get the option to appeal and can't do it through the app?

Everyone needs to file a complaint with the CA Attorney general to get them to do something about TikTok’s fraud practices of purposely banning people to keep from having to pay them and also file a complaint with the BBB.

Tiktok is banning for the most minor things. I just reached 10k followers and got banned for basically nothing. I also emailed them, explaining why I think it was a mistake banning me wish me luck.

But if u really need tiktok i know a solution, u have to factory reset your phone. Idk it worked for me since i had to give my old phone to my sis thats why i factory reseted it

I wasn’t doing shit. They accuse me of violating guidelines for commenting comments that only contain things like emojis fam. Do you know how jarring that is? They keep attacking innocent comments of mine and giving me a bad reputation and list of violations. They always restored my comments and yet still they had the audacity to give my account a warning and then ban me when the comment violations were restored AND WERE VIOLATIONS THAT WERE NOT EVEN VIOLATIONS

@KelvinScott-wp7fk yh (not anymore, they finally bloody gave my account back but when they gave it back all of my tiktoks ever posted were labelled as violations 😐 and i had to complain to them about that and after a week or so they gave all the tiktoks back and said they aren’t violations. Fr they love to take the piss). They still randomly once have not liked a comment with a clown emoji and said it’s appeal isn’t granted. Fr, tiktok will forever be jarring i don’t even scroll on the fyp anymore. I just wanted it back because i liked to pree my private videos and i like posting capcut templates on private.

It keeps saying I’m underage but I’m 15 and it says you gotta be 13 and higher and when I try to apeal it says I need a Id or drivers license

Soo there’s nothing popping up that you can appeal. All I get says your account was permanently banned and you can download your data, and then the option to log out. Any other suggestions?!?

I do not get the appeal banner. All I want now is to download my clips. When I request my data and they give me the option to download it, I click on it, have to relog and it tells me I have either not made the request or it has expired ( even though it was just approved). Help

For me, there is no appeal option on the app. I don't even know what guidelines I violated. I've only had two of my videos taken down (about a year ago) and I haven't done anything wrong.

Somebody said they could fix mine at one point. they wanted my email address yet before this I said I was not interested. if they ask for your personal information say no.

Will I still receive payments off tiktok that I am owed if I got banned? I had multiple violations, but it says it the terms and conditions if my appeal is successful and my content was restored (which it was) then my violations should have been removed. They didn’t remove them and ended up banning my account.

I posted one bad video that got me banned, can I appeal it? It was only hateful behavior.

Got banned by soemthing stupid i did, i tried logging in but the problem is that th banner on my screen only had log out, no appel button whatsoever. I also tried making a new account to replace the one that got banned but it kept saying something like "age not eligible" or soemthing like that when i put my birthday in, i set the birthyear to 1996 but nothing worked.

I’m pretty sure it’s because you got banned for being underage and when you get banned for being underage TikTok won’t let you make a new account because they think you’re underage. I did nothing from but still got falsely accused on being underage and I’ve tried appealing but it won’t let me do so. Really upsetting and annoying but whatsoever ig.
