This video explains how to get rid of system compatibility report that is shown in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects 2020
** THIS SOLUTION DOES NOT FIX YOUR VIDEO DRIVER PROBLEM, ONLY GETS RID OF SYSTEM COMPABILITY REPORT MESSAGE **
There are three groups who have this problem:
1st Group:
People who are in this group can fix their problem by updating their video card
2nd Group:
People in this group have this problem because of their outdated video driver. Since their video card companies have not posted the new version of the driver, they get system compatibility report in the opening. However, they do not have any problem working with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects 2020.

3rd Group:
