How about of I can't turn steering wheel at all? Ignition cylinder not allow me to turn with the ney

Had an issue with mine where I could not get the lock into the correct pin position. I ended up having to cut the unit in half and remove the innerds to get the lock to release.

So what parts do I need to order for this? Just the ignition starter?

At 5:30 the best tool to spin those out is an automatic center punch. Press down going left and the punch will help spin it out each time it clicks.

I tried to head off the key cylinder from the beginning because this is my issue. How to release the key cylinder without able to get in ignition mode, turning the small whole to get the wire straight in? Thank you very much
