I stream Spectrum with a 2021 Roku 4K stick. I’m seeing an ‘Excellent’ signal and Good 102 down on the connection check but once in awhile I see some buffering on the Spectrum app. I ran a wired speed test and I’m getting around 480 down from my provider. Do you know if the 2021 4K stick has an inherit issue or is it just something that is common on wireless connections? Should I possibly purchase an Ultra so I can go with an Ethernet connection 3’ away? I previously streamed from an Apple TV 4K (wired) which had zero buffering.

Roku streaming stick+ was working fine out of the box for about a week. Froze on home screen one night. I turned it off and now it won't make it past the loading screen with the bouncing Roku logo. I have tried manual resetting, plug pulling, swapping input locations. It's just stuck.

My roku 58' just went off when I was watching TV and now it won't let me turn it off its a black screen but the red light blinks 3 times and pouses and the blinks slow 3 times I have unplugged it for 5 min and held the on and off button for 30 sec but it didn't work

Have you ever noticed that the 10 sec rewind (instant replay) stopped working in netflix? It was down for about a year. It has returned recently, but doesn't work all the time. There is a thread about it in the roku forum.

Problem on Roku Soundbar, only with KZread TV ,when trying to EXIT out, previously it would exit out to other streaming choices, now it will not connect, blue screen and sets there until i hit Home icon to get to other steaming devices, strange as it sounds KZread TV is the only one that does that on when trying to EXIT, thanks

How do you remove cloud path error/authorization from a program?

None of those worked unfortunately. Keep seeing a flicker of the Roku TV logo for a brief moment when I do the remote or button reset. This happened all of a sudden today. Picture was fine then it went dark but with sound. Turned everything off then on. Worked fine for a brief moment then same thing again. Tried swapping out hdmi cables did the button reset too. Unplugged and plugged back in for 30 sec then a minute then several. Unplugged and plugged everything back in. Was hoping it’d just be a software issue solved by the reset but nada. If anyone has any other solutions I’d love to hear them

I have the same issue as another person in the comments. My tv is stuck on the startup screen TCL Roku tv and the light(white) is flashing. I tried a hard reset and this is still happening

My roku keeps kicking back to the home screen no matter what app I am using. Or it will actually start a show and 10 seconds into the show it will kick back to the home screen. We have two Roku TV's that are doing the same thing. Please help, it is very irritating!

I did hard and soft reset with no results. When I connect my Roku Ultra with the hdmi cable I get the roku home page and sound but no picture when I select an app. When I reconnect my old Roku with the AV cable it works. And yes I have the source when doing the changes. Please help.

My Roku Streaming Stick+ I moved last year. During the move, I lost the remote. I haven't tried setting it up until this week, (11 months since move). I purchased a new remote, I turn of the roku, I don't remember the old password, so I did a reset of roku from the button on the unit. It boots up to the pairing screen, I have the correct voice remote for the stick, I push the pairing button on the new remote, it flashes green, the tv screen shows that it is doing the pairing process, then it goes to the language selection screen, and the green pairing light stops flashing on the new remote. This tells me that it is paired, right? Well, none of the buttons on the remote work. it's as if it isn't paired. I called support 3 times, did all the router and resets with the Roku unit, their answer was .. go buy a new remote and return that one. I did this twice, and the 3rd new remote acts like the other 2 previously. Do you think it could be a bad wifi module that goes between the roku and the power connector? Oh, one more thing the light on the streaming stick plus blinks twice continuously. seems there should be a way to manually update the roku stick if it requires a certain update to be able to pair a new remote.

Hi, My TV keeps flickering from Roku screen at black screen and I can’t hear the audio.

i have a roku tv and i go to watch videos on youtube and the video will start to buffer then the screen goes black and the video stops playing.
