From what I can tell this method works around 50 percent of the time. This may be because the root of the issue isn't the same. Just wanted to let some people know that. I would still give the video a try however and check out the blog in case you missed something.

Here's how to fix it. look to the bottom right side of your homescreen. you might see test mode. to turn this off type cmd in the windows search box, run it as admin type these commands one at a time bcdedit /set debug no then press enter then bcdedit /set testsigning off then press enter just restart your pc and it be fine now
